Yes you can however if your event is a wedding it is highly recommended that you have a trial beforehand. I understand if you’re a destination bride and may not have the time to do so however bear in mind that there is only a set amount of time on the day so to ensure that your look is absolutely perfect - a trail is highly recommended.

Yes you can however, due to demand of enquiries and bookings, I do not have the capacity to hold any dates pending a trial. All wedding day bookings will need to be secured beforehand or risk it being taken in the meantime.

I recommend booking your trial date approximately 2-3 months prior to your day. If your wedding is in peak season (September through to April) then I would recommend booking that trial date at least 4 months prior to ensure you get a suitable date.

Unfortunately not as weekends are reserved for event bookings and as I allow more time for my trial appointments, I am unable to cater for this on the weekends. I conduct trials generally on Thursday and Fridays. During School Term for 2024, Tuesday is also available between 9:30am - 2pm From 2025, it will be Wednesday during school term between 9:30am - 2pm. However, during off peak season, June to August, I have more flexibility for a Saturday trial so if a Saturday is imperative for you - please bear this in mind and let me know you.

Service times vary depending on the service and chosen style.Individual event makeup: Approximately 1 hour.Group makeup: 45 minutes per person when services are scheduled consecutively or back-to-back within a group.Bridal makeup: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.Standard bridal hair / hair up: Approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.Bridal soft waves, half-up styles or detailed downstyles: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.Bridal Signature / Hollywood Waves: Approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.For wedding bookings, we prepare a personalised timeline based on your selected services, styling requirements and getting-ready arrangements. We also allow time for arrival, setup, pack down and any required finishing touches.Please let us know if you have particularly thick or high-density hair, as additional styling time may be required. Hair extensions alone do not automatically require additional time or incur an additional fee.

Yes! Mobile hair and makeup services are available for weddings, events and group bookings, subject to a minimum service spend.Our Perth metro minimum service spends are:Monday–Thursday: $750Friday–Sunday and Public Holidays: $1,000These minimums apply to the value of your selected services only. Travel, parking, accommodation, early-start surcharges, hair extensions and other applicable fees are additional and do not contribute towards the minimum service spend.If your selected services fall below the applicable minimum, a minimum-spend adjustment may apply if you wish to proceed with mobile services. This adjustment does not purchase an additional service or create a service credit.Minimum booking spends depend on your location and travel requirements and may increase for regional, South West and extended-travel bookings. Please enquire for a personalised quote.Alternatively, you can book an appointment at my home salon in Carramar, WA, where there is no mobile minimum spend.

We can arrange an early start to suit your wedding or event schedule, subject to availability.For start times before 6:00am, an early-start surcharge of $60 per stylist/artist for every 30-minute block applies. This fee is additional to your service costs and any applicable minimum service spend.Please let us know your preferred finish time and event schedule when enquiring so we can determine a suitable start time.

Yes I do. I 'd love to travel and be a part of your destination wedding!

Destination and regional bookings may involve additional travel costs, accommodation and a minimum service spend based on the location and booking requirements.Travel, parking, accommodation and any applicable early-start surcharges are quoted separately and do not contribute towards the minimum service spend.Accommodation may be required for South West and destination weddings, depending on the location, start time and finish time.As requirements vary between locations, please enquire with your wedding date, getting-ready address and selected services so we can prepare a personalised quote.

Once you know either what time your photographer will be arriving, or what time you will be leaving, we can work backwards from there to schedule your start time. It’s ok if other hairstylists and makeup artists start at separate times, we are all different in the way we work but experienced in working together to achieve your goal.

Yes! Additional hair and makeup artists may be arranged where required, depending on availability, the number of services and your wedding-day timeline.Where an additional artist is required, there must be at least three actual services available to allocate to that artist, with a minimum service allocation value of $750 per additional artist. If the allocated services fall below this value, a minimum-spend adjustment may apply.Services are allocated between artists according to timing, logistics, service requirements and what works best for the overall booking. Travel and other applicable fees are quoted separately.If you have a larger bridal party or would like everyone ready within a particular timeframe, please provide your service requirements and preferred finish time when enquiring so we can assess the best arrangement.

Yes I have the option of Hire or Purchase of Clip-in Hair Extensions. I have a large range of Clip-ins in salon to trial with no additional cost provided we take them out after the trial appointment. Alternatively, if you wish to wear them out after, rental costs apply.

I am more than happy to use your set of extensions, provided they are 100% human hair and there is enough for the style you’re wanting. If you are unsure, please check with me before your appointment.

No I don’t supply hair accessories other than hair extension purchase or hire.

Unfortunately, the booking fee paid to secure your appointment is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to any specific written agreement or applicable legal requirements.You may be able to arrange for someone else to take your appointment, provided they require the same service and the change is approved. However, the booking fee cannot ordinarily be transferred to another date or refunded.As a courtesy, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel, particularly for a group or wedding booking.Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text. Please refer to your booking Terms and Conditions for the applicable cancellation terms and any additional fees that may apply to late cancellations.

Please wash your hair the day/night before your appointment so that it is CLEAN and COMPLETELY DRY. Shampoo twice making sure roots are washed well, with minimal conditioner on ends (around a 10cent piece size) and RINSE WELL. Please avoid any serums or hair products as I will add that in as necessary when I’m styling. If your hair is normally frizzy or curly, please blow-dry your hair straight with a round brush stretching it dry. DO NOT USE A STRAIGHTENER. Do not come to your appointment with wet hair. Should your hair be wet (make sure roots are also dry before tying it for bed) – extra time may be needed to dry it before I can style it which will incur extra charges. If blowdrying straight is a problem, and your hair is usually really frizzy or curly, it is highly advisable to book in with a hairdresser the day before for a wash and blow dry. Just remember to remind your stylist to NOT use a straightener as above. Please make sure that this message is passed on to everyone that are having their hair done with us on the day - make sure you let them know with plenty of time in case they need to book a time in with a hairdresser for the blow dry!
